Full Job Description

Contract Recruiter (Zing)

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a growing organization, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team for a 3-month onsite assignment! This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative recruiting environment while supporting full-cycle hiring and onboarding efforts.

Contract Recruiter Job Summary:
Pay: $ 26 - 29 based on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Onsite)
Contract 3 months could extend longer

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records within the HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle
Enter, audit, and manage recruiting and onboarding data, including candidate status updates, requisition activity, interview feedback, and compliance documentation
Assist in preparing, generating, and tracking employment-related correspondence, including offer letters, onboarding documents, interview confirmations, and other HR communications
Support administrative aspects of the hiring process, including background check coordination, drug screening documentation, and onboarding paperwork
Partner closely with recruiting and HR team members to ensure timely, accurate documentation and a seamless transition from offer acceptance through day-one readiness
Provide general recruiting and HR administrative support as needed, helping maintain organized, compliant, and efficient processes

Contract Recruiter Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Previous recruiting, HR, or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/ATS systems is a plus
