- **Patient Care:** Ensure a seamless patient experience from scheduling to follow-up, maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

- **Administrative Oversight:** Manage daily operations including billing, insurance claims, and maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.

- **Staff Management:** Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

- **Financial Management:** Monitor and optimize financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation strategies.

- **Compliance and Quality Assurance:** Maintain compliance with dental regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and infection control protocols to uphold safety and legal standards.

- Strong knowledge of dental office procedures, insurance processes, and compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in dental practice management software Open Dental and MS Office Suite.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
