Red Oak Sanitation seeks professional client services representatives for our to care for our client's needs and experiences. We are currently seeking a CSR (Customer service representative) for multiple departments (Customer Service, Retention, New Service, & Dispatch) - CSA (Customer service agent) a bi-Lingual, Spanish speaker. The right team member/s should possess a positive mental attitude, pleasant disposition and a problem solver's mindset. Representatives care for existing clients needs and, provide potential clients with the positive benefits of becoming a part of the Red Oak family.

The successful candidate will like working with people; building rapport while you enjoy speaking with them. More importantly, you will like to build and nurture the relationships you help create with each client and the team around you. You must be skilled in data entry and keyboarding, able to manage both the client, the conversation, all while utilizing Red Oak's accounts software simultaneously. We are looking for someone that pays attention to detail and is a problem solver while working on your own.

Qualifications CSR (Customer service representative) - CSA (Customer service agent)

Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong customer service skills
Ability to perform data entry accurately
Experience in a (preferred) bilingual customer service role
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
Multitasking - working on multiple screens & multiple software while answering 40-100 calls a day

Red Oak's Hours: M-F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Office is located in Cumming, GA

Job Type: Full-time CSR (Customer service representative) - CSA (Customer service agent)

Pay: $21.00 per hour
