Full Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

Current certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or equivalent
ARDMS or registry eligible
Experience in general ultrasound imaging, including abdomen, small parts, and OB/GYN studies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and procedures
BLS Certification required

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures with high accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with radiologists and referring providers to ensure precise and timely results
Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout all procedures
Effectively document and report findings within the electronic medical record system
Participate in quality control and ongoing departmental improvement initiatives
