Full Job Description

Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR).

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) daily activities include general clerical and task-oriented work while projecting a positive, professional company image through in person and phone interaction. This role also includes an inside sales component, providing customers with replacement equipment solutions over the phone. By identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services, the CSR has the opportunity to earn additional incentive pay that significantly enhances total compensation.

This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is passionate about customer service, has an excellent phone presence, and enjoys identifying sales opportunities that benefit the customer. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a team first mentality, and is motivated by performance-based incentives.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base wage of $21.00/hr
Significant additional earning potential through performance-based incentive pay.

401K plan with a match of 50% of the first 4%
Paid Time Off (PTO) Team members will accrue 80 hours of PTO in their first year
Six (6) paid holidays

CSR Responsibilities include:

Maintain constant contact with new and existing customers.
Educate customers on products, services, and replacement equipment options.
Identify customer needs and recommend replacement equipment solutions over the phone.
Generate sales opportunities and close replacement equipment sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Schedule and dispatch in field Team Members.
Answer telephones and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Enter data completely and accurately and file paperwork.
Perform general clerical duties associated with an office environment.
Support fellow staff members.
Other duties as assigned.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Skills and Qualifications Requirements include:

Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
Sales experience or a willingness to develop inside sales skills and confidently sell over the phone.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Professionalism when navigating customer concerns.
Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office.
CRM software experience, such as GoldMine, is a plus.
Self-motivated with a results driven mindset and the ability to meet individual sales goals.
