Family Office | Full-Time | On-site, supporting three nearby private properties

We are looking for an exceptional operator who can keep our homes, vendors, projects, and property systems running beautifully.

Must Haves

Estate, household, property, family office, luxury hospitality, or executive support experience
Strong vendor and project management skills
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
NDA, background check, and driving record check required

Role Overview

This is not a wait-to-be-told role. You will own the readiness, care, and operating rhythm of three private properties. Success means anticipating needs, solving problems before they become urgent, protecting privacy, and reducing unnecessary decisions for the family and their executive assistant.

What You'll Own

Estate Operations: Keep properties clean, stocked, secure, maintained, organized, and ready for family use across daily, seasonal, and urgent needs.

Vendor & Project Leadership: Source, schedule, supervise, and hold service partners accountable across repairs, improvements, landscaping, vehicles, smart home/security, and special projects.

Systems & Financial Coordination: Build practical systems for maintenance calendars, vendor records, warranties, household manuals, inventories, invoices, approvals, budgets, and open-item tracking.

Trusted Family Office Support: Coordinate errands, deliveries, vehicle service, hands-on property needs, and concise updates with professionalism and discretion.
