Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000 annually

Position Summary

We are looking for a driven, people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts across our organization. This individual will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for positions at all levels of the company. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about building relationships while identifying exceptional candidates who fit our culture and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for all company positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Write and post compelling job advertisements across job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
Monitor job postings and ensure openings remain visible, competitive, and up to date.
Actively source candidates through online platforms, networking, referrals, career fairs, and other recruiting channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process from application to acceptance.
Develop and strengthen the company's employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
Track recruiting metrics and recommend improvements to hiring processes.
Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple departments.
Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
