Established in 2007, Boise Hunter Homes is one of the Treasure Valley’s premiere move-up home builders, developing unique and exciting communities from the Foothills to South Meridian. With innovative product lines and large land positions in incredible locations, we take pride in building the best homes in the area! Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our buyers, in a fun, challenging, and rewarding work environment.

We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources department. This newly created, multi purpose position will play an important role in supporting the company’s continued growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent on a continuous basis. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about building strong teams. This role will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and screen qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.

Primary Responsibilities:

Facilitate all phases of the recruitment process including but not limited to: creating job postings, screening resumes, sourcing qualified candidates, scheduling & conducting interviews, conducting background/reference checks, presenting offers, and sending out rejection letters.
Design sourcing strategies and identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods.
Work with department heads to define hiring criteria and create associated job descriptions, help determine responsibilities, as well as the experience and abilities the ideal candidate will possess.
Work with external recruiters on company needs and the hiring process.
Strong customer service orientation as well as presents a professional, executive presence.

What you bring to the table:

Qualified applicants will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience.
5+ years recruiting experience, managing the entire life cycle (sourcing, interviewing, offer process).
Working professional knowledge of: Human Resource administration, equal employment opportunity, and legal requirements.
General contracting, civil engineering, or Real Estate industry knowledge and established local relationships is a plus.
Must display a professional attitude, be energetic, personable and have the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
Proven track record of handling confidential information.
Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies for the recruitment of experienced professionals at all levels.
Professional written and verbal communication.
