Medical Assistant

Restore Functional Medicine | Boise, Idaho

At Restore Functional Medicine, we believe healthcare should be personal. We take the time to listen, educate, and partner with our patients to uncover the root causes of their health concerns. We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Medical Assistant who shares our passion for helping people achieve lasting wellness.

This is more than a traditional medical assisting role. As part of our close-knit team, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of patient care and clinical procedures while working alongside providers who value collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning. What You'll Do

Welcome and room patients while creating a warm, positive experience
Obtain vital signs, medical histories, and prepare patients for their appointments
Assist providers with in-office procedures and treatments
Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing
Administer injections and assist with IV therapies
Educate patients on treatment plans, supplements, and follow-up care
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
Assist with inventory management, stocking clinical supplies, and keeping treatment rooms organized
Work closely with our team to ensure each patient receives exceptional care from start to finish

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (preferred, but not required depending on experience)
Has experience in a medical office (functional medicine, family practice, internal medicine, or specialty practice is a plus)
Has strong phlebotomy skills or is eager to learn
Is organized, dependable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys educating and connecting with patients
Has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
Values teamwork and takes pride in providing outstanding patient care
