Full Job Description

Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Eagle Point, Oregon (In Office)

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in an organized environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow with our company as we continue to expand.

Hours

Part-time to start
Additional hours available during tax season (January–April)
Potential for a full-time position in the future
Schedule to be established with the selected candidate

Compensation

Compensation is based on education, experience, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Schedule client appointments
Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
Organize and maintain client files and documentation
Scan, upload, and manage electronic documents
Follow up with clients regarding missing information and signatures
Assist with invoicing and client billing
Perform data entry and light bookkeeping duties
Order office supplies and maintain office organization
Assist with administrative projects and tax season workflows
Provide general support as needed

Qualifications

Required

Previous administrative or office management experience
Experience working in a professional office environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all client and company information
