Marriott Anchorage Downtown is seeking an organized, motivated, and customer focused Sales Coordinator to join our team. Located in the heart of downtown Anchorage, our full service hotel features 392 guest rooms, over 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, a restaurant, bar, concierge lounge, fitness center, and more. Every day brings new opportunities to collaborate, solve problems, and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Do

Support the Sales team with contracts, proposals, and event documentation.
Coordinate group bookings and assist with the planning process from inquiry through arrival.
Prepare reports, maintain client records, and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Process billing, deposits, and other administrative tasks related to group business.
Communicate with clients and internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Assist with sales presentations, correspondence, and special projects.
Provide exceptional customer service while building lasting client relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality, sales, event planning, or administrative support preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Professional demeanor with a positive, team first attitude.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
