Accounting Manager at Roy Briley Rental Management

5 years experience or Bachelors Degree in Accounting.

ACCOUNTANT NEEDED.

Current employee will assist in training and transition.

We are one of Alaska oldest and largest statewide rental management services located in

Anchorage, Alaska.

Come help us grow, we have over 600 individual rental units with 175 owners. This is a fast

paced company with a wide variety of challenges. If you feel qualified call, text or e mail me for

Position requires 5 years experience with excellent references and work history, an accounting an property management software.

degree is a plus.

Performance Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 Responsible for working with account code structures, budgets, purchasing,

encumbrances, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

 Must be able to learn our software and adapt to its needs.

 Responsible for working with reconciliation of accounts, the General Ledger.

 Monitor the compliance and implementation of internal controls and other accounting.

 Prepare owner drafts.

 Submit owner financials monthly.

 Create and/or execute work plans as needed.

 Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of assigned duties.

 Work with staff to develop and sustain projects and proper billing.

Experience with payroll, account statements, bank reconciliation, budgeting is a plus.
