Full Job Description

About the Position

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in preparing quality food, and works well with others. Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with a great attitude.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station.
Ensure food is prepared safely and served in a timely manner.
Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory rotation.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Help with opening and closing kitchen duties.
Maintain consistency and presentation of all dishes.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
