Responsibilities:

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Troubleshoot customer complaints and service issues
Recording customer information accurately
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Suggest ways to improve customer service and suggest potential products to customers.
