About The Role

A motivated part-time facilities coordinator that excels in a fast-paced environment, has the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload while maintaining an attention to detail. The schedule is - 3x week, 8:30am-5pm for office space with ~80 employees in Tarrytown, NY

Principal Responsibilities

General:

· Oversee mail handling, package distribution, shipping coordination, and related administrative logistics for domestic and international operations

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of office kitchens, appliances, breakrooms, and communal areas

· Clean and restock office kitchens and restrooms daily, including replenishing coffee, beverages, paper goods, and other shared supplies

· Clean microwaves, wipe down appliances, and respond to spills or breakages as needed

· Receive, unbox, organize, and restock office, kitchen, and facility supplies

· Assist employees with heavy lifting, furniture movement, and handling of bulk items or deliveries

· Coordinate minor office maintenance tasks, including chair adjustments/repairs, hanging office items, and appliance upkeep (filters, replacement parts, etc.)

· Support waste management efforts, including bulk garbage disposal and shredding coordination (emptying bins and replacing bags)

· Assist with office event setup and breakdown, including conference room preparation and furniture arrangement

· Maintain clean, presentable conference rooms and shared office spaces throughout the day

Weekly:

· Clean and organize the office refrigerators

· Dispose of expired or abandoned refrigerator items

Periodic:

· Assist with seasonal office setup and decorations for major holidays and company events

Qualifications

· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities coordination, property management, vendor management, or a related field.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.

****Must be able to routinely move, transport, and position equipment or materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
