Front Desk Representative | Four Points by Sheraton Cleveland Eastlake

Location: 35000 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake, OH 44095 | Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $15.50 per hour | Schedule: Flexible. Must be available for both the AM shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) and the PM shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM), including weekends and holidays.

We are looking for a warm, dependable Front Desk Representative who enjoys people and takes pride in being the first and last impression of a great stay.

The Role

As a Front Desk Representative, you are the face of our hotel. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, and make sure every interaction feels genuine and effortless. Your friendly, can-do attitude sets the tone for the entire guest experience.

What You Will Do

Greet and welcome every guest warmly and provide genuine, attentive service throughout their stay.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Answer phones, respond to guest questions, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Share knowledge of the hotel, our amenities, and the local area to help guests make the most of their visit.
Communicate and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to keep operations seamless.
Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.
Follow all safety, security, and cash-handling procedures.

What You Bring

Prior front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred; we are happy to train the right candidate.
A genuine, guest-first attitude and a friendly, professional presence.
Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
Comfort with computers, and accuracy with reservations and payments.
Flexibility and reliability across both AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with hotel property management or reservation systems is a plus.

Schedule and Availability

This is a full-time position. We are looking for someone flexible who can work either the AM shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) or the PM shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
