About Us
Salty Days, currently in Cohasset, is opening a second location in Marshfield. Because of this expansion, we’re growing our team and looking for great people to join us at both locations. We’re built around great food, great people, and a high-energy, team-first culture, a place where everyone works together, supports each other, and keeps things fun while getting the job done right.

We’re looking for positive, hardworking people who take pride in what they do, support their teammates, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced kitchen.

Now Hiring: Line Cooks, Prep Cooks & Dishwashers

Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, there’s a place for you on our crew.

Line Cooks

Cook and plate menu items consistently and efficiently
Work stations during service with speed and accuracy
Maintain quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards
Communicate and collaborate with the kitchen team during service

Prep Cooks

Prepare ingredients (chopping, portioning, prepping recipes)
Keep the kitchen stocked and organized for service
Follow recipes and prep lists with attention to detail
Support line cooks and ensure smooth service flow

Dishwashers

Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils
Keep dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently
Assist with general kitchen cleaning and closing duties
Support the team wherever needed
