Full-Time or PRN Physical Therapist

Location: Kirkland Village | Bethlehem, PA
Full-Time: $5,000 Net Sign-On Bonus Paid in Full on Your First Paycheck

Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Full-Time or PRN Physical Therapist to join our team at Kirkland Village, a senior living community in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

This could be a great fit for a PT who enjoys working with older adults and wants the time and support to provide thoughtful, individualized care. At Benchmark, we believe therapy should feel personal. Our clinicians are trusted to use their judgment, build strong relationships, and focus on helping residents stay safe, active, confident, and independent.

Our full-time opportunity offers a consistent schedule, a comprehensive benefits package, and a $5,000 net sign-on bonus. Our PRN position provides flexible scheduling with no regular monthly commitment. We simply ask that PRN team members work at least once every six months to remain active on our roster.

What You’ll Do

Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, and confidence
Support residents in maintaining their independence and aging in place
Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support each resident’s goals
Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
Contribute to a supportive, team-focused therapy department

What We’re Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing
A genuine interest in working with older adults
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
