We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations to lead and optimize our organization’s core functions. JOB DUTIES:
1. Provide direct supervision to the Day Service Director, QIPD, and CTH II Coordinator, Case Management, Nursing Staff, and Administrative Assistant, relative to operations and management.
2. Monitor and attend Plan meetings for consumers as needed.
3. Submit program budgets to the Executive Director.
4. Provide direct supervision to Program Directors.
5. Interview and make recommendations for vacant positions.
6. Serve as a member of Pre-admissions and Human Right Committee.
7. Maintain accurate records as required by SCBHDD/OIDD, DPH, HUD, Department of Labor and other applicable agencies.
8. Acts as primary administrator in the absence of the Executive Director.
9. Develop and maintain staff development plan and training for all staff.
10. Make recommendations concerning the transportation of clients in accordance with State laws and regulations.
11. Advise and make recommendations to the Executive Director on personnel matters.
12. Assist in establishing program goals and year-end assessments.
13. Participate in tours at business/industry in the community.
14. Approach business/industry for contract negotiations/procurement, and submit written bids, contracts s appropriate.
15. Attend agency meetings, (i.e., Board, staff, committee).
16. Implement recommendations and suggestions made by all applicable licensing agencies.
17. Ensure programs meet all licensing regulations.
18. Work cooperatively with all management personnel.
19. Ensure all programs operate within approved annual budget awards.
20. Make recommendations to the Executive Director regarding salary increases and personnel matters.
21. Make recommendations to the Executive Director regarding program changes and improvements.
22. Use personal vehicle in the performance of job duties as needed.
23. Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
RESIDENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
1. Visit CTH II and ICF/IDD Residence randomly or as needed.
2. Inspections of CTHII and ICF/MR residence annually.
3. Meet with Residential Director, QIPD, CTH II Coordinator, and House Manages as needed.

- Proven expertise in operations management with a strong background in strategic planning and process optimization.
- Extensive experience in supervising teams and leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets, forecasting financial needs, and executing business development strategies.
- Skilled in project management with a focus on delivering results within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Expertise in program management and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and quality.
- Excellent communication skills capable of articulating complex ideas clearly across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational transformations.
