Operations Manager

All Paws Pet Wash & Launch Car Wash Company

Position Summary

All Paws Pet Wash & Launch Car Wash Company is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and self-directed Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple departments. This role is responsible for managing people, processes, projects, communication, and operational efficiency throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently with minimal supervision, and has the ability to identify priorities, solve problems, and drive projects to completion. This individual will serve as a key liaison between leadership, operators, factory teams, customers, and internal staff while ensuring company-wide systems and processes are implemented and followed.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Management

Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor and ensure compliance with established processes across all departments.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and performance.
Manage and maintain company-wide calendars, schedules, deadlines, and project timelines.

Team Leadership & Human Resources

Oversee hiring, onboarding, employee training, and retention initiatives.
Assist with recruiting efforts and interviewing candidates
Support human resource functions, including employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
Coordinate and facilitate staff meetings, leadership meetings, department meetings, and company-wide communications.
Organize team-building events and employee engagement activities.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture.

Scheduling & Staff Coordination

Coordinate resources to ensure operational coverage and efficiency.
Schedule and dispatch field technicians to installation, service, and maintenance jobs.
Monitor technician workloads, travel schedules, and project timelines to maximize productivity.
Work closely with customers to coordinate appointments and service schedules.
Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes and emergencies.
Ensure technicians have the information, equipment, and support needed to complete assignments successfully.

Project Management

Assign, track, and manage projects across multiple departments.
Establish priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for team members.
Monitor project progress and provide updates to leadership.
Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within scope.

Production & Manufacturing Support

Assist in managing the production process from initial design and planning through manufacturing and final delivery.
Maintain regular communication with production teams regarding project status

Customer & Client Relations

Maintain strong relationships with operators, car wash owners, and key customers.
Serve as a primary point of contact for operational inquiries and issue resolution.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.

Communication & Coordination

Maintain regular correspondence with operators, management teams, factory leadership, and other stakeholders.
Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and operational updates for leadership.
Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

3+ years of operations management, project management, or business administration experience.
Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with hiring, employee development, and HR-related responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and scheduling tools.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
