Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Automotive Office Manager to lead the administrative operations of our automotive multi-dealership locations. This pivotal role combines office management and team supervision to ensure smooth daily functions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and possess a strong background in office administration, accounting, and customer service. Your energetic leadership will drive efficiency, foster a positive workplace culture, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Duties

Oversee daily office operations.
Supervise administrative staff, while also providing training and development opportunities to ensure high performance.
Handle functions including payroll processing, employee records management, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Utilize dealership DMS system such as CDK.
Maintain accurate records through filing systems, spreadsheets, and database management to support dealership operations and audits.
Ensure compliance with all office policies and procedures while fostering a professional environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency.
This position requires regular travel between multiple company locations. Reliable transportation to travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management within an automotive setting is a must.
Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), spreadsheets, and other office productivity tools.
Proficient knowledge of dealership accounting DMS systems
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and maintain high levels of professionalism under pressure.
