Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Kitchen Manager with experience in buffets to lead our team and oversee daily kitchen operations. In this vital role, you will ensure exceptional food quality, maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your leadership will inspire staff, streamline food production processes, and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence. Duties

Supervise all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs.
Oversee food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills in food service management, culinary techniques, and customer service.
Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth operations during busy hours.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment that adheres to safety standards while fostering teamwork and high morale.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service restaurants or buffet style service.
