We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Tax Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in tax accounting and gain valuable experience in the field.

Job Description:

As a Junior Tax Accountant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their tax compliance needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in preparing and filing federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations.
Preparation and review of financial statements
Conducting tax research to stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations.
Ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax codes.
Assistance with payroll compliance
Communicating with clients and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responding to client inquiries

Requirements

2 years of experience in accounting in the United States (internships or entry-level positions considered).
Some experience with tax return preparations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills
Conversational Russian language preferred
