We provide highly skilled technicians across a wide variety of specialties including low voltage, audiovisual, security, telecom, structured cabling, datacenter services, and smart building integration. Our goal is simple: deliver expert technicians who meet the highest standards of safety, skill, and professionalism.Role OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, helping us identify, source, attract, and hire top-tier technical professionals across the U.S. As a key partner to our branch managers and operations team, you will build strong candidate pipelines and ensure our field teams are fully staffed with the best talent in the industry.Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process—from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
High-Volume Sourcing: Execute creative outreach strategies utilizing the LVLS Integration Careers Page, LinkedIn, job boards, and industry-specific networking channels.
Candidate Engagement: Conduct engaging phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical capabilities, safety standards, and cultural fit.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with leadership and project managers to anticipate staffing needs and establish role requirements.
Onboarding & Compliance: Guide candidates through the onboarding process, including W-2 paperwork collection, certification verification, and background checks.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified technicians (e.g., Fiber Technicians, AV Installers, Security Techs) for rapid nationwide deployment.

Qualifications

Experience: $2+$ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate recruiting, staffing agency, or technical/trades recruitment environment.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the staffing, construction, or technical trades industry (AV, IT, Security, Telecom, or Electrical) is a major plus.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and outreach.
Tech Savviness: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM databases, and professional social media platforms.
Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize a dynamic requisition load, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
