Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Cannabis Broker.

An energetic, motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry! As an Independent Contractor serving the OKC area, you will act as a vital link between a licensed cannabis producer and retail dispensaries. Your role is to facilitate seamless product transactions, build strong relationships, and expand market reach. This position offers the flexibility to operate independently while making a significant impact in the thriving cannabis marketplace. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will drive success and growth for both your clients and your career.

Duties

Establish and nurture relationships with licensed cannabis producers and retail dispensaries within the OKC region.
Identify new business opportunities by actively reaching out to potential clients and attending industry events.
Facilitate product negotiations, ensuring compliance with all state regulations and licensing requirements.
Coordinate logistics for product delivery, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure timely service.
Provide education on product offerings, market trends, and industry regulations to clients for informed decision-making.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and compliance documentation.
Act as a trusted advisor by offering market insights and strategic guidance to help clients grow their businesses.

Experience

Proven experience in sales, brokerage, or business development within the cannabis or related industries is preferred.
Strong understanding of local and state cannabis laws, licensing procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts.
Knowledge of supply chain logistics, inventory management, or distribution processes is a plus.
Ability to adapt quickly to industry changes and stay informed on market trends.
