Edmond Dental Associates has been serving the Edmond community for over 40 years. We are a locally owned, multi-doctor family practice with a 5.0-star Google rating across 500+ reviews — and we earned every one of them. We run our practice on a simple principle: treat people the way you would want to be treated. No daily production quotas. No high-pressure sales. Just excellent dentistry, excellent patient care, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

We are looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our front office and help guide our practice into its next chapter.

The Role

The Office Manager is the operational heart of our practice — the person who sets the tone for the team, keeps the business side running smoothly, and protects the culture that makes this office special. You will work directly with the owner-doctors and lead a talented administrative and clinical support team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily front office operations, scheduling, and patient flow
Lead, support, and develop the administrative team
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial reconciliation — collections, deposits, and accounts receivable
Oversee insurance verification, claims, and accounts receivable follow-up
Manage patient billing, statements, and collections with professionalism and care
Coordinate with the owner-doctors on practice goals, reporting, and team development
Help maintain a positive, patient-first office culture

What We're Looking For

Dental office management experience required; experience with practice management software strongly preferred (we use Oryx)
Strong financial and organizational skills — comfortable with reconciliation, reporting, and A/R oversight
A natural leader who sets the tone through presence and example — typically among the first to arrive and last to leave
Excellent communication skills with patients and team members alike
High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Someone looking for a long-term home, not a stepping stone

Compensation & Benefits

$45,000 – $60,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience

Schedule

Monday–Thursday 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM. This is a salaried leadership position; an occasional early morning or late evening comes with the territory.
