Job Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant, where your keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. In this energized role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort in guest rooms and public areas. Your proactive approach and dedication will ensure every guest experiences a spotless, safe, and inviting space. Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to ensure a fresh environment.
Perform detailed cleaning of bathrooms, including sanitizing sinks, toilets, showers, and replacing toiletries to uphold sanitation standards.
Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and stairwells by sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
Handle laundry services efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels with care.
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while adhering to infection control protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards; report issues promptly for resolution.
Support overall sanitation efforts through pressure washing exterior surfaces when needed and performing heavy lifting tasks safely during supply restocking or furniture movement.

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with knowledge of commercial cleaning standards.
Skilled in window cleaning, floor care techniques, and sanitation procedures to maintain high hygiene standards.
Ability to handle chemicals safely with proper use of PPE; understanding of infection control practices is essential.
Strong manual handling skills for heavy lifting tasks related to cleaning supplies or furniture adjustments.
Excellent customer service skills to interact politely with guests and team members alike.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, buffers, and laundry machines.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
