Community Relations & Client Care Manager

Visiting Angels – Sacramento, CA

$70,000–$90,000 DOE + Performance Bonus

For more than 25 years, Visiting Angels has helped seniors remain safely and independently in their own homes. We're looking for an experienced relationship-builder to help families navigate home care while growing our referral network throughout the Sacramento area.

This is a consultative sales role focused on building trust with families and healthcare professionals—not high-pressure sales.

What You'll Do

Respond to new client inquiries and guide families through the home care process.
Conduct in-home consultations and develop individualized care recommendations.
Manage the entire home care sales cycle—from the first inquiry through the start of care.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, assisted living communities, hospices, case managers, and other referral partners.
Conduct regular community visits and networking activities.
Coordinate new client starts with the office team.
Maintain accurate documentation in WellSky and company systems.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of sales, business development, community relations, or consultative sales experience.
Experience managing a relationship-based sales cycle from lead generation through closing and follow-up.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to build trust with families and referral partners.
Experience using healthcare scheduling, client management, or home care software (WellSky experience is a plus).
Social Media marketing experience a plus, but not necessary.
Healthcare, home care, home health, hospice, or senior living experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and required auto insurance.
