Introduction

As a coach at VF, you play a vital role in the success of our clients. You have the most in-person contact with every individual and thus a large amount of influence in their lives. We recognize we need amazing, long-term coaches in order for VF to establish our value of community. You are to be part robot (following the system) and part human (interacting with clients, making adjustments, and creating a unique and amazing experience which matches your personality).

80% of Total Work Hours are Revenue Generating ( this means working with clients 1-1 or in a group :))

Key Performance Indicators

Session Adherence: Consistently follow the SGT (Small Group Training) and 1-on-1 Training Systems.
Client Progression: Successfully guide clients to the next steps in their fitness journey with safe and effective programming.

Responsibilities:

Follow systems for Small Group Training (see Small Group Training Team)
Input your name as instructor on Zen Planner for all Fitness Sessions weekly
Take great care of all clients that come into Village
See client requests through to completion
Give out swag and celebrate clients
Deliver outstanding care for every client you interact with
Follow the system for personal training clients
Conduct thorough initial sessions with 1-1 clients, setting service agreements, defining goals, and discussing Village's nutrition coaching and principles.
Take full responsibility for 1-1 clients, ensuring they are accountable and see tangible results, and guiding clients to their next steps in the fitness journey.

Essential Functions:

The Fitness Coach role is a physically active position. Essential functions include:
Safely lifting, carrying, and moving weights and equipment minimum of 100 pounds
Demonstrating barbell and free-weight exercises
Assisting clients with equipment setup and breakdown
