Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Individual to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary recruiting partner for assigned accounts, ensuring each client receives qualified candidates while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and experienced in recruiting across multiple industries in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Responsibilities

Manage recruiting for assigned client accounts from job order to placement.
Build strong relationships with customers and serve as their primary recruiting contact.
Create and post job advertisements on Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates.
Match candidates with client hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS/CRM.
Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure successful onboarding.
Work closely with account managers to meet hiring goals and fill positions quickly.
Build talent pipelines for current and future openings.
Ensure an outstanding customer and candidate experience.
Meet recruiting KPIs, fill-rate goals, and response-time expectations.

Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience preferred.
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Experience using ATS systems and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and social media.
Ability to prioritize multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

Staffing agency experience.
High-volume recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, skilled trades, clerical, or professional positions.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
