We’re Looking for Creative Talent! Digital Marketing Specialist

Everyone Connected | Noble Communications | Transparent

Are you passionate about social media, digital advertising, content creation, and developing campaigns that generate real results?

Everyone Connected, Noble Communications, and Transparent are seeking a creative, motivated, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our brands. Our companies operate in the telecommunications and internet services industry in the United States, helping customers access dependable internet and related services.

We are looking for someone who is ready to learn, contribute ideas, create engaging content, and help turn digital interest into qualified and completed customer accounts.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site position
Location: El Paso, Texas
Base Compensation: $2,000 per month
Additional Compensation: Commission for leads that convert into completed customer accounts or installations

This is an on-site position and is not currently being offered as a remote or hybrid role.

What You’ll Do

Design, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Develop marketing strategies to attract qualified potential customers.
Generate leads for Everyone Connected, Noble Communications, and Transparent.
Create and coordinate content for multiple brands.
Produce social media posts, graphics, short-form videos, reels, stories, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Manage and optimize campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
Write clear and engaging copy for advertisements, social media, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
Monitor campaign performance and lead quality.
Track which leads become completed customer accounts or installations.
Analyze cost per lead, conversion rates, engagement, reach, and overall campaign performance.
Test different audiences, visuals, messages, offers, and campaign formats.
Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend improvements.
Maintain an organized content calendar and campaign schedule.
Help strengthen the digital presence and brand recognition of each company.
Coordinate with management, sales representatives, customer service staff, and outreach teams.
Help ensure leads are properly delivered, tracked, contacted, and followed through to completion.
Assist with recruiting campaigns, community outreach promotions, and special marketing projects.
Stay informed about current social media trends, platform updates, advertising tools, and content formats.
Support website content, email marketing, landing pages, and customer relationship management systems when needed.

Lead Generation and Commission

In addition to the monthly base pay, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to earn commissions based on the performance of the leads generated through their campaigns.

A lead must progress beyond an initial inquiry and become a completed customer account or installation to qualify for commission. Leads and completed accounts will be tracked through the company’s internal systems.

The commission structure, qualification requirements, tracking process, and payment schedule will be explained during the interview and included in the final employment agreement.

Who We’re Looking For

Recent graduate or early-career professional in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
Creative, proactive, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
Strong interest in digital marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, and brand development.
Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
Comfortable creating content for different audiences and platforms.
Able to manage multiple campaigns and brands at the same time.
Comfortable working in a performance-focused environment where campaign results and completed leads are measured.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Able to follow deadlines and maintain an organized work schedule.
Comfortable receiving feedback and making changes based on campaign performance.
Able to work independently while collaborating with sales, customer service, and management teams.
Available to work on-site Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Preferred Skills

The following experience is preferred but not required:

Experience using Meta Ads Manager.
Experience creating Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns.
Experience producing TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and short-form video content.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design and editing tools.
Basic graphic design, photography, videography, or video-editing skills.
Copywriting experience for advertisements and social media.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, search engine optimization, or email marketing.
Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and lead-tracking platforms.
Understanding of cost per lead, click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and return on advertising spend.
Experience marketing internet, telecommunications, technology, or service-based businesses.
Experience working with multiple brands or business divisions.
Ability to create content in both English and Spanish.

Bilingual Ability

English and Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred.

Our companies serve diverse communities, and the Digital Marketing Specialist may be responsible for creating campaigns and content in both languages. The ideal candidate should be able to adapt marketing messages so they sound natural, professional, and culturally appropriate instead of relying only on direct translation.

Take ownership of projects from planning through execution and reporting.
Help build recognizable and trusted brands.
