OG Home Solutions is a growing Home Improvement company serving homeowners with high-quality solutions including windows, doors, HVAC, water treatment systems, and home remodeling. We are looking for energetic, motivated, and outgoing individuals who enjoy talking with people and are ready to build a rewarding career in sales.

No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide professional training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

Position Overview

As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers and schedule qualified in-home appointments for our sales consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop valuable communication and sales skills while earning uncapped commissions.

Compensation

100% Commission-Based Position
Earn commissions for every appointment that results in a completed sale.
Unlimited earning potential.
The more successful appointments you generate, the more you earn.

Work Schedule

Part-Time
Monday through Friday
Approximately 4 hours per day
Afternoon availability required (starting after 3:00 PM)

Comfortable speaking with homeowners.
Personal transportation required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
