About the Role:

Icon Media Direct is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Media & Programmatic, to strategically drive and grow campaigns. The ideal candidate is an expert in OTT/CTV and Digital Campaigns, a strategic thinker who consistently demonstrates campaign leadership, and someone who inspires teamwork and collaboration. The Senior Manager, Digital Media & Programmatic’s primary responsibilities are to drive client business growth with positive ROI through accountable digital media solutions. If you are passionate about streaming video and digital, data analytics, and understand the need for creative solutions to impact positive change, this is a great opportunity for you.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

Direct and manage the daily workflow of all digital team members and campaigns, including proposal development, pixel implementation, campaign activation and maintenance, and post-buy recaps
Interface with Agency teams to respond to RFPs, build strategic campaign plans, communicate service offerings, and identify and deliver new solutions in a collaborative fashion
Review client deliverables for quality, ensuring that recommendations and work product are sound and viable
Own the development of strategic proposals, including programmatic, high impact, direct IO strategies across CTV, OLV, Display, Audio and DOOH
Assume accountability and ownership of digital campaign execution, optimization and performance reporting across multiple platforms
Lead measurement strategy including attribution, incrementality testing, conversion tracking, and audience insights
Evaluate campaign performance against KPIs and develop optimization recommendations that improve efficiency and ROI
Partner with analytics teams to develop reporting frameworks and actionable business insights
Present performance findings, test results, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Identify growth opportunities across CTV, digital video, paid media, audience targeting, and emerging platforms
Contribute to new business pitches and agency growth initiatives
Manage and optimize supply path strategies
Embrace and encourage a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
Adopt established account management standards and program management best practices
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop digital team members, fostering professional growth and accountability
Assist in the development and documentation of best practices for improving communication and collaboration within the team and the group
Develop and maintain quality control procedures for digital campaign implementations
Participate in regular knowledge sharing sessions across teams to educate them on new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance

Qualifications

Four-year college degree from an accredited university, Marketing degree preferred, but not required
Expert knowledge of Programmatic platforms including Amazon DSP, Viant, and Trade Desk
Experience with CM360 and GA4
Experience working within a performance marketing or performance-driven agency environment
Direct experience managing CTV campaigns at scale
Deep knowledge of programmatic and digital media planning and buying
Experience with A/B testing, incremental lift analyses, and customer segmentation
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to both think strategically and execute tactically
Experience with pixel implementation and verification
Experience with clean room and advanced audience measurement solutions is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions
Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
Ability to organize and manage detail work, as well as work independently and balance multiple tasks
6+ years of experience in programmatic media buying
2-4 years of people management
Ability and willingness for hybrid working environment with 2 days per week in office
