As an Account Manager in the Sales Department, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will be a key player in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service, meeting company sales targets, and creating custom design solutions to successfully manage client needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Relationship Management: Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients in the luxury window treatment sector.

. Sales and Account Growth: Drive sales through proactive account management, uncovering new opportunities for existing clients, and managing a portfolio of key accounts.

· Customer Support: Provide tailored support to clients, addressing inquires, handling issues, and delivering exceptional post sale care.

· Problem Solving: Work with clients to identify needs and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring satisfaction while meeting business objectives.

· Collaboration: Collaborate with sales team and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

· Product expertise: Develop and provide a deep technical knowledge of our custom product offerings to guide clients step-by-step through their projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Sales & Customer Service Expertise: Proven track record in sales, account management, and providing high-touch customer service.

· Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders efficiently.

· Relationship Building: Demonstrate ability to build, maintain, and grow long- term relationship with clients, especially in a competitive luxury environment.

· Attention to Details: Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to details and quality.

· Professional Development: Demonstrate willingness to undergo comprehensive training on our complex product line to effectively promote and sell our luxury offerings.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with CRM Software and sales reporting tools

· Experience in Luxury Goods & Services: At least 3-5 years of experience working in high-end luxury sector, with deep understanding of luxury products and services.

· Experience in custom window treatments such as draperies, Roman shades, roller shades, etc.

· A deep passion for luxury brands and exceptional service.
