WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

Business skills:

- Build regulars and repeat customers (it's just making friends)

- Run shifts, train teammates, lead catering events

- Problem-solve when everything hits at once

Culinary skills:

- Grill, fry, sauté, pizza — station by station

- Speed and consistency under pressure

- Food safety, temps, allergens

- High-volume and catering production

- Daytime availability required for training

- Evening/weekend availability needed (you won't always work them though)

- Part-time to start, full-time as fast as you train
