Job Overview
$3500 Monthly Gaurantee for 90 days - Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Salesperson and ignite your career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment! In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional car-buying experiences, building lasting relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and passion for automobiles will help customers find their perfect vehicle while you grow your expertise in high-end sales and dealership operations. This is a paid position that offers exciting opportunities for professional development and success in the automotive industry.

Duties

Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs
Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure availability of popular models and accessories
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized records of sales activities
Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer experience and boost revenue
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and supporting clients throughout the buying process

Requirements

Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership environments is highly preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently in high-end sales settings
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail sales environments
Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently
Ability to excel in outbound sales activities such as cold calling and marketing outreach
Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
