Full Job Description

Sanchez and Associates, a leading land survey firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated CAD Technicians to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to convert Lidar scan data into comprehensive 3D models of buildings and structures.
Collaborate closely with our surveying team to ensure seamless integration of BIM models for our architectural clients.
Conduct quality control checks on models to ensure precision, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
Continuously explore and implement the latest technologies and best practices in BIM modeling to enhance project efficiency and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in CAD with proficiency in software such as Autodesk Civil3D or Microstation.
Extensive knowledge of survey data processing
Strong understanding of surveying concepts, able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, error-free CAD drawings
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
A keen eye for design and aesthetics, with the ability to visualize and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
