Natural Fit Therapy is a 100% therapist-owned, rapidly growing therapy company dedicated to helping adults 50+ get moving, stay active, and maintain their independence.

We believe exceptional physical therapy requires more than simply checking boxes and moving patients through a schedule.

Our North Austin outpatient clinic is built around one-on-one care, with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and individualized treatment. We also provide mobile therapy services in partnership with home health organizations, allowing our therapists to bring high-quality outpatient-style care directly to patients in their homes and independent living communities.

The Opportunity

As a Mobile Physical Therapist with Natural Fit Therapy, you'll work with a diverse population of adults 50+ throughout Georgetown, Leander, Round Rock, and North Austin.

Our patients present with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, balance, mobility, and functional needs.

That variety makes this an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys clinical problem-solving, continued learning, and treating the whole person—not simply the diagnosis.

Conditions You May Treat

Orthopedic conditions involving the knee, back, hip, shoulder, and neck
Parkinson's disease and other neurological diagnoses
Balance impairments
Fall prevention and preparedness
Strength and mobility deficits
Functional limitations
General fitness and wellness
Age-related changes affecting independence and mobility

Every patient brings a different challenge. Every treatment plan has a purpose.

You won't simply be following a routine—you'll be practicing physical therapy.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings
Provide one-on-one physical therapy interventions
Implement evidence-based treatment strategies
Utilize manual therapy techniques when clinically appropriate
Develop programs focused on strength, mobility, balance, function, and independence
Monitor patient response and progress throughout the episode of care
Modify treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs
Educate patients and caregivers on exercise, mobility, safety, and long-term wellness
Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and other required clinical information accurately and efficiently
Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, home health partners, and other members of the care team
Collaborate with other therapy professionals to support well-rounded patient care
Travel to patient homes and independent living communities
Represent Natural Fit Therapy with professionalism and a patient-first mindset

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Physical Therapist who is clinically confident, compassionate, motivated, and excited about providing exceptional care.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program
Active Texas Physical Therapy license
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative team
Ability to manage the physical demands of providing mobile therapy services
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Commitment to providing patient-centered care
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience & Education

Additional training or experience in the following areas is a plus:

Geriatric physical therapy
Orthopedic physical therapy
Parkinson's disease
Balance and fall prevention
Modern Management of the Older Adult (MMOA)
Manual therapy techniques
Functional mobility and aging populations
