Position Summary
The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. Position Overview
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you are the first and lasting impression of the clinic. Your role is not just about operations - it's about deeply caring for people. From your first "hello" to your final follow-up, you are creating a space of comfort, encouragement, and belonging.

This is an ideal role for someone who:

Key Responsibilities

Providing excellent services to members and patients
Gaining memberships in order to meet sales goals
Greeting members and patients upon arrival
Checking members and patients in to see the Chiropractor
Answering phone calls
Re-engaging inactive members
Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions
Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members
Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures and direction
Willingness to learn and grow
Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Strong phone and computer skills
At least one year of previous Sales Experience preferred
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
Ability to manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Office management or marketing experience preferred

Schedule

This role requires availability: Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly pay: $14.00+ depending on experience
Bonus potential
2 day workweek
