Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Full-Time, First & Second Shift Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they walk through our doors. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will set the tone for a welcoming environment that keeps guests returning time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering top-tier guest relations in a vibrant resort or hotel setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate reservation records, process modifications, cancellations, and special requests with precision.
Assist with night audit duties, reconciling daily financial transactions and ensuring all records are complete and accurate.
Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience while upselling where appropriate.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world is a plus.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems to streamline front desk operations.
Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling inquiries professionally over the phone or via email.
Experience with night audit procedures, guest relations, and resort or hotel environments preferred.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
