Full Job Description

We are a chef‑driven, fine‑dining restaurant seeking a high‑skill Lead Line Cook with the talent, discipline, and leadership potential to grow into a Sous Chef role. This position is ideal for a cook with strong fundamentals, refined technique, and the ability to execute consistently in a high‑standard kitchen.What We’re Looking For

A cook who can really cook — confident with sauté, grill, garde manger, and hot line execution
Strong understanding of seasoning, flavor development, and plating precision
Ability to lead a station, maintain organization, and uphold fine‑dining standards
Professionalism, communication, and a calm, controlled presence during service
Reliability, ownership, and the drive to take on more responsibility over time
Understanding of ordering and consistent development in organizational skills

Role Responsibilities

Understanding of ordering processes and scheduling
Execute dishes to spec with consistency and finesse
Lead your station and support overall line flow during service
Maintain prep systems, mise en place organization, and cleanliness
Assist with training newer cooks and supporting BOH leadership
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on quality control and menu execution
Demonstrate readiness for advancement into a Sous Chef role

Compensation & Benefits

$26–$29/hr, depending on experience and skill level
