Full Job Description

Job Summary

Busy Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude to manage front desk operations and administrative tasks efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to support daily office functions, enhance client interactions, and contribute to a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries accurately and promptly.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
Handle calendar management and scheduling for staff appointments, meetings, and have a strong computer literacy.
Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing office equipment.
Passionate about helping grow the practice through outstanding customer service and relationship building.
Billing (we will train you)

Qualifications

Prior office experience with a strong background in clerical tasks, customer service, and front desk operations.
Excellent computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, proofreading, and filing processes.
Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally.
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Schedule (Non-Negotiable)

Monday – Thursday

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
9-12 Most Fridays

These hours are not flexible.
