About theRole:
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Receptionist, you will beresponsible for delivering world-class customer service experience to employeesand guests of the site.

What you’lldo:
Issue visitorand parking passes and follow security protocols.
Make a memorable first impression by answeringthe telephone and video phone in a professional manner.
Manage visitor logs for contractors and visitorsentering gate 5.
Notify management to ensurethe safety of all individuals in the building and on site.
Follow specific directions as given by themanager and work under minimal supervision.
Direct driver toappropriate delivery location as needed.
Assign and return visitor badges daily.
Ensure proper document vetting requirements forsite visitors and/or contractors.
Must be flexible in covering other WorkplaceExperience team roles as necessary and as schedule varies.
Adhere to site/department provided uniformstandards.

What You’llneed:
High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 yearsjob-related experience.
A comprehensive understanding of a range ofprocesses, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function isrequired.
Examples include Word, Excel,Outlook, etc.
Advanced organization skills with an inquisitivemindset.

The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
