R&R Auto Body is a trusted, high-quality autobody and collision repair shop serving Kittitas County. We pride ourselves on expert craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and a positive, team-oriented work environment. We’re growing and looking for a reliable, organized professional to help keep our office running smoothly so our technicians can focus on delivering top-tier repairs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative operations, support our team, and provide outstanding service to our customers. This is a key role that keeps the shop organized, ensures efficient workflow, and helps maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in-person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
Schedule appointments, coordinate repairs, and manage the repair workflow calendar
Manage estimates, invoices, and work orders (experience with CCC, Mitchell, or similar estimating systems is a plus)
Process insurance claims, communicate with adjusters, and handle follow-ups
Manage accounts receivable/payable, filing, and basic bookkeeping
Order office supplies, parts (as needed), and maintain inventory records
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and general correspondence
Maintain accurate customer records and digital filing systems
Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Ensure compliance with shop policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

2+ years of office administration or customer service experience (auto body, automotive, or collision repair experience strongly preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Experience with shop management software (e.g., CCC ONE, Shop-Ware, Mitchell) is highly desirable
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining friendly and professional
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or administrative certification a plus
