Full Job Description

M & F Home Solutions is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Inside Sales Rep to oversee daily administrative operations and support the overall efficiency of the company. Employee will coordinate office staff, assist with customer service, manage accounts receivable activities, maintain records, support inventory control.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
Maintain organized records, files, and company documentation.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
Ensure office supplies and equipment are properly maintained.
Coordinate communication between office staff, production, drivers, and management.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, and data entry skills
Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic financial tasks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Maintain confidential employee and company information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Assist management with special projects and process improvements.

Customer Service & Sales Support

Assist customers with orders, questions, and service issues.
Process quotes, sales orders, and invoices accurately.
Follow up on customer requests and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.

Inventory & Operations Support

Monitor office and warehouse inventory records.
Coordinate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Assist with ordering office and operational supplies.
Support production scheduling and delivery coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Maintain confidential employee and company information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Assist management with special projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of office administrative.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with accounting, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in the glass, construction, manufacturing, or home improvement industry.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
