Full Job Description

Caliber Packaging and Equipment is currently seeking a driven, experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. We're looking for a highly motivated sales professional with a background in industrial or protective packaging , in the Georgia market.

Sales Position

Our ideal candidate will have intense cold calling skills and the ability to grow a territory. Must have a proven record of success, the ability to build strong trusting customer relationships, and be a hard worker who is conscientious. The candidate should be able to work independently, but within the plan and strategy set forth by the company leadership. Should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be competent with multi-tasking and problem solving, and possess the desire to succeed. We are looking for an individual to develop a territory.

Requirements:

· 1+ years of Packaging experience preferred

· Master in Cold Calling

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a team

· Self-Starter, motivated, and strong desire to succeed

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to prioritize and multi task with a strong attention to detail

· Ability to develop and give oral presentations to both small and large groups

· Willing to travel

· Must have a dependable vehicle

· Target selling

Responsibilities:

· Build market position in our industry by locating and closing new accounts

· Utilize and maintain a C.R.M program

· Reach Weekly and Monthly Goals, assigned by Management

· Create and build long-lasting relationships on multiple levels with various customers

· Develop and negotiate customized pricing quotes

· Close business by telephone and by face to face

· Understand and effectively present product and service offerings

· Manage account profitability and grow revenue and revenue base

· Manage orders through production cycle
