Full Job Description

The Butler Company Inc. has been setting the standard for site development, excavation and utility construction. We have a great reputation for quickly and safely completing large projects.

Due to growth, we are accepting resumes and applications for experienced Utility and Earthwork Supervisor, and Heavy Equipment Operators.

All positions require physical labor, positive attitude, and willingness to follow our safety policies.

Earthwork / Utility Foremen: Manages the day-to-day operations of the company's grading & earthwork projects - managing schedules, vendors, subcontractors, and personnel. Foremen are expected to have a good driving record, and strong leadership. Experience with utility, excavation or fine grading work is required.

Heavy Equipment Operators: Candidates must have experience operating heavy equipment i.e. Excavator, Dozer and or Front-end Loader.

Qualifications and Skills

Additional training and future advancement will be provided to successful candidates. BCI offers a safety-focused culture, competitive pay, medical benefits, Paid Time Off, holiday pay and weekly direct deposit.

Applicants must pass a Health Performance Exam, pre-hire drug and alcohol testing prior to starting. Applicant must have a minimum OSHA 10 Hour Construction Outreach training prior to starting.
