Rehab Aide / Patient Care Coordinator

Location: Williamsville, NY
Employment Type: Part-Time (30 hours/week)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

About Us

We are a growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in Williamsville, NY focused on providing high-quality, personalized care to our patients. We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Rehab Aide / Patient Care Coordinator.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, being part of a healthcare team, and helping a clinic run smoothly. The role combines patient interaction, clinical support, and administrative responsibilities.

ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Rehabilitation Support

Assist physical therapists with patient care and clinic flow
Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions
Assist patients with exercises and activities under the direction of the physical therapist
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
Help ensure patients have a positive experience from arrival through discharge

Patient Care Coordination / Front Office Duties

Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
Answer phones and assist with patient questions
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Collect copayments and assist with front desk operations
Verify patient information and assist with paperwork
Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and insurance companies as needed

Qualifications

Previous healthcare, physical therapy, athletic training, exercise science, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented personality
Comfortable interacting with patients of all ages
CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
