Venture Forthe via the Department of Health Direct Caregiver Flexibility Grant is offering a paid training opportunity to become a certified Personal Care Aide (PCA)—no prior experience required. This is your chance to build a career in healthcare while receiving hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support.

What You’ll Get:

40 Hour Paid training to become a certified PCA ($16.00/hour for training)
Industry-recognized certification
1:1 mentorship during your first 60 days of employment
A clear path to employment after training
The opportunity to make a real impact in your community

What You’ll Do as a PCA:

Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming
Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
Provide companionship and emotional support
Support mobility and independence
Help clients live safely and comfortably at home
