Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented person to work with clients and build relationships to best serve their needs.

In this vital role, you will manage diverse client base, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will ensure a productive and professional environment for clients, and team members alike. This position offers an opportunity to develop a broad skill set in client support and customer care while contributing to a dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities

Build
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
Plan building and data gathering.
Assist with Client growth and booking appointments.
Meeting or calling clients and gathering data to assist with building an adventure for the client.
Maintain organized records of client meetings, correspondence, and administrative files
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries courteously and resolving issues promptly
Assist with clerical duties including data entry, document filing, and maintaining office cleanliness

Experience

Prior office or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
Some proficiency with computer literacy.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills with bilingual capabilities as a plus
Familiarity with calendar management, and time management techniques
Previous experience in a customer-facing role that required professionalism, patience, and problem-solving abilities
